Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

30 - Day Return Warranty
Customers can contact us within 30 days after receiving the items. If you receive a defective, damaged, wrong - sized, or mis - shipped item, please contact us immediately.
How to Contact Us
Contact us and describe the problem in detail, including the reason for return, as well as your order number and product name. If you receive a defective, incorrect, or not - as - described item, please send us clear pictures or videos of the problem.
Our Solutions
Aucary’s Responsibility
If the issue is our responsibility, we will allow the item to be returned to our warehouse for a refund.
Once we receive the item, we will fully refund the shipping fee for you to send it back to our warehouse, or resend a replacement for free at our expense. This solution only applies to situations where Aucary is responsible, including mis - shipped items/sizes, products with quality issues, and shipping to the wrong address.
Customer’s Responsibility
Incorrect Order (Wrong Size or Item):
If the customer orders the wrong size or item, we also allow returns. In this case, the customer is responsible for the round - trip shipping fees to and from our warehouse for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will only refund the item price, excluding the shipping fee.
Incorrect Order (Wrong Address):
If the customer uses a wrong address and fails to receive the order, we cannot provide a refund. However, we can offer you a significant discount for repurchasing. Please be sure to use the correct address for the next order. Contact us to get a coupon.
Unwanted Item:
If the customer decides they no longer want the item, they need to inform us within 3 days after receiving the product.
Unreceived Item:
If the logistics shows that the item has been delivered, but you haven't received the package, please check your mailbox, front door, or any other possible places where the package might be. Otherwise, you need to report the loss to the post office or the police station. Aucary is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you still can't get the package, please contact us.
If the package is undelivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, unclaimed, or refused, we cannot provide a refund. However, we can offer you a significant discount for repurchasing. Please be sure to use the correct address for the next order. Contact us to get a coupon.

Important Notes on Returns
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team.
We do not accept returns for swimwear, discounted items, and custom - made items, unless the customer receives a wrong item or the item is faulty.
