Aucary takes pride in processing orders as quickly as possible once payment is received. Most orders leave the warehouse in 1-4 business days provided the item is in stock. Items that require specialty printing such as apparel, may require a few extra days before leaving our print shop. You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the US or Asia. If from Asia, please expect 7-10 business days to receive your order. Orders shipped from our US warehouses usually arrive sooner.
YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS…
Since most items are shipped within 1-4 business days, we kindly advise our customers to ensure that a correct shipping address is provided. Aucary may not be held responsible if a package is not delivered due to a missing, incomplete, or incorrect address provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase.
WHEN YOUR ITEMS WILL ARRIVE…
Most orders will be received within our average shipping time frame (7-10 business days) depending on the product, inventory status and which warehouse it’s shipping from. Our apparel items for example, are printed here in the US and will arrive to our US customers sooner. In some cases, specialty products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take a little longer.
YOUR ITEMS MAY BE SHIPPED IN SEPARATE PACKAGES…

WE SHIP TO SOME COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES…
Currently we are shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Europe with the vision of expanding worldwide in the future. We will ship products to home, office, and PO box addresses with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING…
An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you via email upon completing your order. We will also send you an update to let you know once your order has been processed.
Once your order has shipped from the warehouse, you will receive a notification email with your tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your package.
MAKE CHANGES TO AN EXISTING ORDER…
